Sessions With Me

I schedule the first session for 1.5 hours. The first half an hour is free of charge.

It will allow you to meet with me face to face, ask me all sorts of questions about me, about the way I work and to decide whether you feel comfortable to stay for the session or not.

If you are not sure or need more time to decide you can leave and there is no fee involved.
If you decide to stay the fee for 1 hour session is $190.00.   
If you have concerns regarding the fee, please feel free to discuss it with me.

Psychotherapy is not covered by OHIP.
Most workplace benefit plans cover my fees.

I do not create contracts for the number of sessions.  
Whether it is going to be one session, few sessions or many sessions it will be your decision.

The real work usually happens in between sessions.
