Many persons who have consulted me over problems that relate to
unresolved grief have found the “saying hullo” metaphor, and the questions derived from
this metaphor, to be helpful. I have consistently found out that, through the incorporation
of the lost relationship, those problems defined in terms such as “pathological mourning”
and “delayed grief” are resolved.
